Your Hall Reps

We are very excited to announce the launch of Halls Committees and really look forward to seeing how these will help to develop a further sense of community in and amongst all the Halls on campus.

 

There will be 2 committees , West Campus Committee and East Campus Committee. 

 

The number of positions for each committee are as follows and are based on the number of students in each halls:

The role itself will require each hall representative to attend meetings during term time.

 

The purpose of the committees are:

  • Discuss and look to resolve any issues raised via the “voice module” on EHSU’ website, under the “Your Ideas” section
  • To act as a channel for those living in halls to raise any potential issues.
  • To act as a channel for those living in halls to communicate with the SU and the University more freely.
  • Responsible for the promotion of campaigns and events run by EHSU or the committee for students.
  • To assist in the plan of how this committee can develop in future to further enhance the student experience in halls.
