Our Be A Voice campaign is all about improving awareness of positive and negative mental health on Edge Hill campus.
In 2019, we all know what mental health is and why it’s important, and we don’t want to belittle you by going over the same ground year after year after year…
Instead, we want you to Be a Voice! By encouraging Edge Hill Students to speak up about their experiences of positive and negative mental health, we want to break the stigma causing students to suffer in silence.
In a survey conducted by NUS-USI in 2017:
We’ve got LOADS planned over 2019 / 20, and here’s a taste of what you can expect to see from our Be A Voice Campaign!
There’re loads of resources at your disposal at Edge Hill to help you cope with any Mental Health obstacles you are facing.
If you believe your mental health is affecting your academic performance, you can get in touch with our Advice Centre, and the University’s Wellbeing Team are also on hand to help you with any questions you have!
Want to get involved with our Be A Voice campaign? Maybe help with future events, or get on camera as one of our Student Stories?
