This Rep Journal is a space for you to record all the work that you do as a Feedback Rep throughout the academic year, from Student Staff Consultative Forums (SSCFs), to general feedback issues or achievements in your role.

Regularly making entries into the Rep Journal benefits both you and the students you represent. You can: 

• Receive rewards and LinkedIn endorsements from your Students' Union, ensuring that you receive the recognition you deserve
• Request a summary of your journal entries at the end of the academic year, so that you can reflect on the skills you have learnt and write about them in a CV or job application, email SUengagement@edgehill.ac.uk to access this.
• Receive SU support to help you to escalate issues, enact positive change, and improve students' experience by keeping us updated about the student voice on your course
• Enter into the Rep prize draws, with three £50 vouchers up for grabs every term. Each entry you make into the Rep Journal per term counts as one entry into the draw.

The SU Engagement Team will regularly review the Rep Journal and contact reps about any issues with which they may require support. However, if you have feedback that may need a more urgent response, please email us at suengagement@edgehill.ac.uk.
