Delivery FAQs

What delivery options do you offer?

Our delivery option is Royal Mail Second Class Signed For. If you require express delivery, please contact toby.harris@edgehill.ac.uk prior to placing your order to arrange shipping.

Standard delivery time from dispatch is 2-5 days.

 

Do you offer international delivery?

We ship internationally via the Royal Mail network; this currently serves 230 countries. To check if your country is serviced please click here.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched its status will change in your account. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

If you are unable to log into your account please email toby.harris@edgehill.ac.uk to check.

 

How do I track my parcel?

If you would like to know the whereabouts of your parcel please contact toby.harris@edgehill.ac.uk and a dispatch update and tracking number will be provided.

You will only be able to see the whereabouts of your parcel once delivery has been attempted.

 

I missed my delivery as I wasn’t home

Royal Mail will leave a delivery attempt failed card at your address, you can check the status of your order with them here: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

 

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

If you have placed your order without contacting us first to amend the delivery type you will need to provide a signature for delivery.

 

Can I amend my delivery address?

If you would like to amend your delivery address you must contact toby.harris@edgehill.ac.uk at the earliest opportunity.

If an order has been dispatched, you will not be able to amend the address.

 

Can you deliver to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, absolutely we can. You will need to add an alternative address when completing your order.

 

I’m missing an item from my order

Please contact us at toby.harris@edgehill.ac.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

 

I’m not happy with the delivery service I’ve received

At Edge Hill Students’ Union we strive to make sure that all our customers receive the highest standard of service throughout their shopping experience and work hard to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered to you as soon as possible.
