We are aware that there are a number of unofficial/fake Freshers' 2017 Facebook Groups and Events currently circulating, some with over 500 members in. Please be aware that there are no Freshers' facebook groups run by Edge Hill Students' Union or Edge Hill University, and official 'Welcome Week' Events are only listed on the official Edge Hill Students' Union Facebook page - there is no warehouse event.

We know that some students have already paid for these events, and upon requesting a refund have not heard from the seller. It's something that happens every year so PLEASE don't hand money over to anyone claiming to be hosting a 'sellout' Freshers event or 'Warehouse party'.

These are closed groups specifically for individuals living in each halls of residence, and are one of the best ways of finding out the latest official news and updates from Edge Hill University.
