At Edge Hill Students’ Union, we believe a sense of belonging is crucial to the student experience. That’s why we’re launching our new consultation to help empower Education students at Edge Hill University.

Edge Hill Students’ Union has released its survey investigating belonging, confidence, and mental health amongst students on Education programmes.

The new survey will explore how students’ mental health has changed since starting their studies. Students’ sense of community will also be explored, with regards to the friendships and networks they have created during their studies.

All participants will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 One4All voucher.

Education President Ben Broadhurst is leading the campaign to ensure Education students have their voices heard.

Ben Broadhurst said: “Having a sense of belonging at university is important. At the SU, we help people find likeminded people through our societies programme, but we know that much of your university identity comes from your course and your academic studies.

He added: “This survey aims to gather insight on what life is like for an Education student at Edge Hill University. If you’re facing any issues on your course or there is something you’d like to celebrate, this survey allows you to do so with agency and anonymity.”

“Your responses will help change Edge Hill University for the better. Together, we can make a real difference for Education students.”

All students on an undergraduate or postgraduate Education programme at Edge Hill University are encouraged to complete the survey. Responses will be anonymised, and any identifying information will not be shared outside of Edge Hill Students’ Union.

Take the survey now to enter our prize draw for a £50 One4All voucher.
