Campaign for Change

Here at EHSU HQ, we’re all about making change to better the lives and University experience for our students. If something isn’t right, you can do something about it, and we’ve got a great team here to guide you through the best way of achieving your #unigoals.

SU Elections 101

Do you know what an elected officer is?! Becoming a sabbatical officer or a part-time officer is an amazing opportunity to get involved in so many parts of the University, and you’re responsible for representing the Student Voice, and making change happen for them. Come along to see if it might be for you…!

Parie’s Blogging Masterclass

OK, so this is one we are SO excited about. One day, we were stalking on Instagram (you know we all do it!) and we stumbled across this beauty blogger with a MASSIVE following, who just happened to be a student here at Edge Hill! Parie Joshie, aka ‘Class and Glitter’, now works with some of the UK’s biggest beauty and fashion brands as an influencer and is all round awesome.

She’s going to be talking about her experiences, how to start a blog, essentials, tips to grow followers, and she’s even bringing her super posh PR friends along to talk about building relationships with brands and turning your hobby into something more.

We’re even having a practical session at the end to learn how best to photograph products (Rimmel have sent us samples!!! Yaasss!)

We think this one’s going to be a sell-out!

Getting Ready to Rent? These workshops will eliminate the fear!, with top tips for finding the right house, letting agent, and your student housing rights. Landlord problems are an increasing issue for Students (ask our Advice team, it’s a biggie!), so come along and hear about you can make your home search easier.
